About Us.
Located in the heart of Sandyford, we opened our doors July 2020. We are an independent bar offering a great selection of beers and cider on draught, as well as a wide spirits selection to satisfy any beverage craving. Our team of mixologists have devised some of the most flavoursome cocktails in town, including our signature the Cog On The Tyne, with an array of speciality and classic cocktails available.
Bevvies & Bait
Our main food menu is available Monday-Saturday, boasting a selection of delectable burgers as well as the pub classics such as Fish and Chips or Bangers and Mash. We also do a 3 for £13 offer on selected light bites and sides, for you to nibble on whilst you indulge in your favourite drink.
Our famous Sunday roast served every Sunday to put an end to a busy week. Choose from a selection of meats (or vegan alternative) to accompany home-made roasties, a Yorkshire pudding, seasonal vegetables and of course lashings of gravy.
We also serve bottomless brunch every Monday-Saturday. For 2-hours with start times between 12-3pm, you can get a range of beverages including delicious cocktails, house doubles, house pints and Prosecco for £30-£35!
